Shipping & Refunds

Shipping is Monday and Tuesday of each week only. You will automatically receive an email with a tracking number when we print the label to ship your package. All plants are shipped bare root. We take a lot of time and put a lot of care into packaging each package, we want the plants to get to you as happy and as healthy as when they leave. All plants are inspected before shipping, if there are any discrepancies in the plant we will email you prior to shipping your plants. All packages will be shipped priority shipping, which is 2-3 days shipping. If you receive your package in anytime over 3 days and the plants have been affected from shipping you can file a claim with USPS for a refund. Any damages done to the box that affected the plants can also be filed with USPS for a refund. We cannot be held responsible for any damages or delay in shipping from USPS. Any other complaints can be dealt with us directly through our email.

We do our very best to inspect each plant that we ship, but due to the nature of our products there is always the possibility of there being pests on your new plant.

Plants are guaranteed for 14 days from ship date. Please contact us with any issues.
